[ Retro Spectrum: Between Romance and Glitch ]
레트로 스펙트럼: 로망과 글리치 사이‘ 전시가 내일 시작됩니다.
아트토이 크리에이티브 팀 ’업로드(up1oad) @team_up1oad ‘ 는 1990~2000년대 초반 PC 문화가 남긴 빛과 그림자를 담은 컴퓨터 화면을 전시장에 구현했습니다.
폴더 모양 좌대와 컴퓨터 화면을 연상시키는 공간 속에서 아홉 명의 작가는 CRT 모니터의 빛, 도트 그래픽의 따스 함, 그리고 온라인 공격·바이러스 같은 불안까지 교차시킵니다.
작품은 물질과 픽셀이 맞닿는 지점을 통해, 과거의 기억을 재조립하고 오늘의 디지털 환경을 새롭게 바라보게 합니다.
The creative team ’up1oad‘ transforms the gallery into a digital-desktop-like space that captures the lights and shadows of the 1990s–2000s PC era. Within folder-shaped pedestals and computer-screen motifs, nine artists weave together the glow of CRT monitors, the warmth of pixel graphics, and the unease of online attacks or computer viruses. Their works invite visitors to reassemble forgotten memories and reflect on today’s digital environment where the physical and the virtual converge.
